IndieClix is an affiliate marketing management platform that allows merchants to create advertising programs with financial incentives, and to interest affiliates to sign-up for these programs to earn revenues by promoting the merchant’s goods or services. The choice to offer programs by merchants and the desire to sign-up for a program by affiliates creates a contract that pays for performance, but does not create a relationship between the merchant and affiliate. The financial obligation to pay affiliates resides solely with merchants, and not with IndieClix. IndieClix only provides the technology and platform for affiliate marketing services. IndieClix does not represent either merchants or affiliates in this process, and acts as a neutral.
